Regency Oaks is currently seeking a hospitality-focused Driver to join its dedicated team. This part-time, hourly position plays a vital role in enhancing the daily lives of the senior residents by ensuring their safe and timely transportation to scheduled outings, grocery stores, and appointments. The driver will also assist with housekeeping duties as needed, contributing to the upkeep of the community’s environment. Working Monday through Friday, this role offers up to $16 per hour and is ideal for individuals who are compassionate, attentive, and committed to senior care and hospitality.

The Driver's responsibilities include picking up and delivering residents to various activities and appointments, maintaining the vehicle in a clean and safe condition, and performing routine safety checks before transportation. The individual must accurately document vehicle mileage and attendance, report any vehicle issues, and communicate resident concerns promptly to supervisors. This position requires a combination of driving proficiency, safety awareness, and excellent interpersonal skills to ensure residents feel comfortable and cared for during their transportation.
