The On-site Fabrication Operations role at Aardvark Studios is a full-time position essential to the success of the company's production and logistical operations. This role requires a hands-on, mechanically inclined, and organized individual who enjoys working in fast-moving environments. The primary responsibilities include supporting warehouse operations, coordinating materials, managing shipping and deliveries, and maintaining the facility to ensure smooth project execution. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3+ years of relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, construction, fabrication, or production support
  • forklift operation skills
  • valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • ability to obtain DOT medical card
  • physical capability to lift 50-75 lbs
  • proficiency in operating warehouse equipment
  • mechanical inclination and problem-solving skills
  • proficiency with basic software tools
  • team-oriented attitude and proactive work ethic

Job Qualifications

  • 1-3+ years in warehouse, logistics, construction, fabrication, or production support
  • forklift experience (certification preferred, training available)
  • valid driver’s license with clean record
  • able to obtain DOT medical card
  • comfortable driving box trucks and company vans
  • truck and trailer experience desirable
  • strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
  • physically able to lift 50-75 lbs
  • mechanically inclined, handy and resourceful
  • comfortable using basic software tools and apps
  • team player with a proactive mindset
  • takes pride in clean, organized spaces

Job Duties

  • Operate forklift, pallet jack, and warehouse equipment
  • drive company vans and box trucks (20-26 feet) and custom promotional vehicles for pickups, deliveries, and project support
  • load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
  • receive, organize, and distribute incoming materials
  • wrap pallets and prepare outbound shipments
  • maintain accurate inventory and warehouse organization
  • support production teams with material prep, project staging, and final fit and finish
  • assist with facility maintenance and general repairs and upkeep
  • jump in where needed to help the team solve problems and keep projects moving
