The driver position involves operating delivery trucks of various sizes, adhering strictly to state and federal transportation regulations, and maintaining a safe working environment for both employees and customers. Duties include loading and unloading linen carts, verifying loads against delivery tickets, performing vehicle safety inspections, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and operational readiness of the company truck. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating vehicle lift gates, maneuvering trucks in tight spaces, and pushing or pulling linen carts weighing up to 550 pounds. This role requires a professional appearance and demeanor, with the responsibility of representing the company positively to our customers.

Our drivers work independently, following detailed maps and instructions to fulfill deliveries efficiently and safely. Emphasis is placed on safety compliance, including participating in company health and safety programs, using personal protective equipment as needed, and reporting job-related injuries or hazardous conditions promptly. The work environment may involve exposure to industrial settings with varying temperatures and noise levels, requiring physical stamina and attention to safety.
