Arete Direct LLC is currently seeking motivated and dependable Drivers to join our team. This full-time position involves delivering Amazon packages to customers using a company-provided delivery vehicle. No Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is required for this role, making it accessible to a wide range of applicants. Drivers enjoy a dynamic and physically active workday that involves navigating routes efficiently, interacting courteously with customers, and handling packages carefully to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Training is fully provided to prepare new hires for success, and the pay rate ranges from $22.00 to $26.00 per hour, reflecting our commitment to competitive compensation. The typical work schedule includes a 10-hour shift from Monday to Friday, with one required weekend day, supporting a balanced yet engaging work routine.

Our Driver role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-moving environment and enjoy working independently while being part of a supportive team. You will spend most of your time on the road, delivering packages door-to-door, maintaining pace and energy throughout the shift.
