The Shuttle Driver is responsible for providing prompt, courteous shuttle service to hotel guests, enhancing their overall experience from arrival to departure. Additionally, the driver will promote the hotel's facilities and services, offer information about local attractions, and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the shuttle vehicle through daily inspections. The role also involves responding to guest complaints with professionalism, escalating major issues to supervisors to ensure guest satisfaction.

Candidates should be physically capable of performing duties such as lifting items up to 100 pounds, bending, stooping, and kneeling as required throughout the shift. Effective communication skills are a must, with proficiency in English required, and knowledge of additional languages considered an asset. The position may require some flexibility in working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs.
