Our senior residents are cherished and kind individuals who deserve the highest level of service, delivered with grace and heartfelt dedication by our team members. We pride ourselves on fostering meaningful interactions that enhance the lives of seniors and their families, contributing positively to the community around us.

Located in Columbus, Ohio, at the Wesley campus on 5155 North High Street, this opportunity invites you to become part of a purpose-driven team in a supportive and beautiful setting. Our facilities boast a modern, state-of-the-art design, creating an uplifting atmosphere not only for residents but also for employees who thrive in an environment that values their well-being and personal growth. We recognize that exceptional care starts with team members who feel valued and cared for themselves, which is why we offer comprehensive benefits, advancement opportunities, and a culture that celebrates collaboration and respect.

As a part-time team member working flexible day shifts 2-3 days per week, you will play an integral role in ensuring residents can attend appointments, community programs, and special events with ease and confidence. Our ideal candidate takes pride in being dependable and patient-focused, always prioritizing safety and quality customer service.

In this role, you will be more than just a driver; you will be a trusted companion who enhances residents’ mobility and sense of connection to their community. Responsibilities include assisting residents with ambulation and transfers, maintaining vehicle cleanliness and readiness, and promptly reporting any incidents or vehicle issues. Additionally, you may provide personal services such as pet walking, running errands, and other supportive tasks that contribute to residents’ comfort and happiness. If you enjoy meaningful interaction with seniors and want to make a tangible difference in their daily lives, this role offers a fulfilling opportunity to join a compassionate and professional team.
