This specific opportunity is for a Driver role supporting the Appliance Recycling program. As a Driver, you will be responsible for operating a 26-foot box truck to service multiple residential customer locations daily. The role involves picking up large appliances such as refrigerators and freezers, ensuring safe loading, securing, transportation, and delivery to appropriate recycling facilities or warehouses. Working closely with team members, the Driver must demonstrate physical capability, flexibility, and a strong commitment to safety and professionalism.

This position requires the ability to work in various environments and weather conditions, with occasional extended workdays to meet program demands. The role is based in the Bondurant/Des Moines area and emphasizes customer interaction, requiring a courteous and clear communication style. Full training is provided, and candidates with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are preferred.

The hourly compensation for this role ranges from $17.75 to $25.05, reflecting the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications. Safety-sensitive aspects of the job include compliance with DOT requirements, drug and background screening, and consistent adherence to company policies and procedures.
