Job Requirements
- at least 25 years old
- own an iPhone or Android smartphone
- have a clean driving record and auto insurance
- own a 4-door vehicle from 2010 or newer
- meet Lyft’s background screening standards
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- ability to pass driver and vehicle inspection
Job Qualifications
- valid driver’s license
- ownership or long-term rental of a 4-door vehicle from 2010 or newer
- smartphone with iOS or Android operating system
- clean driving record
- appropriate auto insurance coverage
- ability to interact professionally and courteously with riders
- knowledge of local roads and regulations
Job Duties
- accept ride requests and provide safe transportation to riders
- maintain a clean and well-functioning 4-door vehicle
- adhere to local traffic and safety laws
- use the Lyft app for navigation and fare management
- ensure excellent customer service and a positive rider experience
- manage flexible work hours and earnings through the Lyft platform
- participate in promotional and incentive programs to maximize earnings
