Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old (21 or older for alcohol delivery)
- Have a valid driver's license
- Consistent access to a smartphone
- Possess a social security number if located in the US
- Own any car, scooter, or bicycle (in select cities)
- Pass an ID verification process
- Ability to lift and carry items during deliveries
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to use smartphones and navigate mobile applications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Reliable access to a vehicle, scooter, or bicycle in select cities
- Background check clearance
Job Duties
- Pick up orders from restaurants, convenience stores, and grocery outlets
- Deliver orders promptly to customers' doorsteps
- Use the DoorDash Dasher app to manage and accept delivery requests
- Ensure accuracy and care in handling and delivering food and retail items
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers
- Follow all local traffic laws and company safety guidelines
- Manage earnings through the DoorDash Crimson debit card system
