Job Requirements
- Be 18 years old or older
- Be 21 or older to deliver alcohol
- Have access to a car, scooter, or bicycle in select cities
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Have a social security number if in the US
- Consistent access to a smartphone
- Complete background and ID verification successfully
Job Qualifications
- Basic understanding of smartphone apps
- Good time management skills
- Ability to navigate local areas efficiently
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Familiarity with food safety and handling practices preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Pick up orders from restaurants or stores
- Deliver orders to customers promptly and accurately
- Use the DoorDash Dasher app to accept and manage delivery requests
- Maintain communication with customers and support teams as needed
- Ensure proper handling and care of delivery items
- Manage your own schedule and select delivery opportunities that fit your availability
- Cash out earnings using the DoorDash Crimson system
