Your responsibilities will include verifying the age of guests ordering alcoholic beverages, preparing and garnishing drinks promptly and efficiently, and showcasing your mixology skills with flair to entertain and delight our patrons. You will familiarize yourself with our menu offerings to make thoughtful drink and food recommendations, enhancing the overall guest experience through upselling and personalized service. A critical part of your role will be maintaining a clean and organized bar area, adhering to our brand standards for service excellence, and responsibly managing alcohol service to ensure guest safety.
In addition to your mixology duties, you will be responsible for accurately using the POS system, promoting specials to build a loyal customer base, and demonstrating strict adherence to drink recipes and cash handling policies. Success in this role is measured by consistent fulfillment of your responsibilities, high guest satisfaction scores, and meeting the annual revalidation criteria aligned with the "World Bartender Championship." This role also requires physical stamina, effective communication skills, and the ability to handle guest concerns professionally. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or mixology experience preferred
- Valid alcohol service certification as required by local regulations
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Physical ability to handle lifting and manual tasks
- Must meet company grooming and dress code standards
