Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- ability to work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- ability to read and write handwritten notes
- ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- ability to move about facility and stand for long periods of time
- ability to walk or stand 100 percent of shift
- ability to reach, bend and stoop frequently

Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games
- keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters
- create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- adhere to company sanitation procedures
- follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication
- assess guest demeanor and report concerns to management
- make and deliver non-alcoholic drinks to guests
- ensure drinks are properly garnished and delivered to tables
- assist in clearing dishes and refilling beverages
- assist in bussing and resetting tables
- restock and prepare supplies for shift change or close
- check back with guests after drink delivery and respond to needs
- maintain thorough knowledge of menu items and answer questions
- work quickly and efficiently with full hands in and out philosophy
- keep station clean and set up or take down station tables
- maintain favorable working relationships with team members
- communicate effectively with guests to generate enthusiasm
- read and communicate in English
- listen to guests and communicate orders and needs
- dress neat, clean and professional at all times
