Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in bartending or beverage preparation preferred
Strong knowledge of mixology, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols strictly
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be of legal age to serve alcohol according to local laws

Job Qualifications

Prior experience in a bartending or beverage preparation role preferred
Strong knowledge of mixology, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages
Excellent customer service and communication skills

Job Duties

Craft and serve a wide array of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including wine, beer, cocktails, and specialty drinks adhering to Olive Garden's recipes and quality standards
Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend appropriate drink pairings for their meals
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area ensuring all equipment is in excellent working condition
Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding the responsible service of alcohol
Assist in managing inventory of beverages and bar supplies reporting needs to management as necessary
Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all glassware, bar tools, and guest touchpoints within the beverage service area
