The Hostess/Host role at Dram Yard is essential in shaping the guest experience from the moment patrons arrive until their departure. Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in a high volume or high profile restaurant
  • Flexible schedule with ability to work a variety of shifts
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds for prolonged periods
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Availability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of experience as a restaurant host or hostess in a high-quality full service or fast casual environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer literacy for managing reservation systems
  • Ability to follow directions thoroughly and provide clear communication
  • Professional demeanor with a friendly and approachable attitude

Job Duties
