The Bartender role at Dram Yard is designed for an enthusiastic, friendly individual who takes pride in crafting well-made drinks and building authentic relationships with guests. Working in a dynamic hospitality environment, the bartender contributes significantly to the overall guest experience by preparing a range of beverages from mimosas during brunch to craft cocktails aligned with the chef's tasting menu, as well as espresso drinks for takeaway. This position requires knowledge of mixology, excellent bar management skills, and the ability to maintain a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The bartender acts as an essential team member ensuring the bar and restaurant operate smoothly through effective communication and collaboration with staff and management. The position also requires a focus on maintaining cleanliness and organization, restocking supplies, and supporting restaurant promotions, especially for overnight hotel guests.
