Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Three years managerial experience in similar setting
- Proficiency in POS and Microsoft Office
- Availability Wednesday through Sunday with flexible hours
- Ability to handle fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Capable of occasional lifting and moving furniture
- Commitment to high cleanliness and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years management experience in high-volume restaurant or private club
- 5+ years of comprehensive food and beverage knowledge
- Advanced proficiency with Jonas Club Management or similar POS system
- Strong knowledge of wine pairings and mixology trends
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work Wednesday through Sunday, including holidays and special events
- Demonstrated calm and authoritative presence under pressure
Job Duties
- Oversee evening operations across three dining outlets
- Manage full P&L responsibilities including floor labor and beverage costs
- Lead hiring, training, and development of a 30+ person team
- Ensure exceptional service standards and member recognition
- Handle guest complaints and ensure positive dining experiences
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service delivery
- Monitor quality control and compliance with health and safety standards
