- Produce all Abby's deep dish and regular pizza skins
- keep the dough room and equipment to company standards
- follow company specifications and procedures strictly
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the dough area
- manage dough handling and weight lifting up to 80 pounds
- read production charts accurately
- communicate effectively with team members
