Job Requirements

  • Two years of experience in a job involving food handling and safety
  • Must be 18 years of age or over
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal
  • Open availability and flexibility is a must, ability to work any shift
  • Ability to understand weights and measurements
  • Has a steadfast commitment to nurture an equitable, unbiased culture where team members are empowered to showcase their originality
  • Present self in a professional manner, including adhering to uniform standards
  • Travel requirements: 0-10%
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Job Duties

  • Prepare all ingredients necessary for doughnut production - brew, dough, glaze, fillings, and icings
  • Accurately weigh ingredients, measure liquids, mix, and fry doughnuts
  • Record keeping of times and temperatures of all products prepared to ensure freshness and reduce waste
  • Maintain sanitation standards within production area to ensure proper cleanliness and smooth operation of equipment
  • Follow company guidelines and safety protocols throughout the doughnut making process
  • Operate and clean production equipment regularly
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient shop operations
