The role of a Doughnut Decorator at Krispy Kreme is both fun and integral to the customer experience, blending craftsmanship with customer service. This position demands an attention to detail in decorating the doughnuts with consistent quality, including fillings, icings, and toppings that meet the brand's standards.

Beyond doughnut preparation, this role plays a key part in creating a welcoming retail environment, where effective communication and teamwork support overall store operations. Doughnut Decorators also uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards in the decorating area, supporting the store's image and compliance with health regulations.

Ideal candidates will bring at least two years of experience in the food industry, be at least 18 years old, and have a solid understanding of weights and measurements relevant to the decorating process. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment with minimal travel requirements (0-10%), and Krispy Kreme does not require work sponsorship for this position.
