They maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the decorating area and are key to ensuring a variety of doughnuts are available to customers throughout their shift. Their duties include carefully applying fillings, icings, and toppings, monitoring inventory levels, and promoting current products and promotions. Given that the position may influence customer satisfaction directly, decorators help create a warm, welcoming environment in stores. This role requires at least two years of experience in the food industry, a basic understanding of weights and measurements, and effective communication skills.
