The Doughnut Decorator role at Krispy Kreme offers a fun and engaging opportunity to be directly involved in delivering the iconic Krispy Kreme experience. As a Doughnut Decorator, you'll be responsible for decorating and packing doughnuts to meet the high standards expected by the brand's customers, known as A-Glazing customers. Throughout your shift, you will monitor doughnut inventory to ensure a wide variety of options are available and maintain a welcoming environment for all guests. This job requires a combination of creativity, attention to detail, and pride in maintaining cleanliness and overall appearance of the decorating area.

This position demands the ability to uphold Krispy Kreme's commitment to excellent product quality, including filling, icing, and toppings. Staying knowledgeable about current products and promotions enables you to better serve customers and contribute to the store's success. To be successful in this role, candidates should bring at least two years of experience in the food industry and be at least 18 years of age. They must have a solid understanding of weights and measurements to ensure consistent doughnut decoration. Travel requirements are minimal, typically ranging from 0-10%, and candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
