About the Role
The Doughnut Delivery Driver, playfully referred to as a Doughnut Chauffeur, holds a crucial role based out of the Las Vegas Commissary. This position requires a dynamic individual responsible for delivering freshly made doughnut products to multiple Pinkbox locations throughout the region. The role emphasizes a hands-on approach where a strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail are essential. Deliveries must be punctual and product quality must be maintained throughout transit, reflecting the brand's high standards.
As a representative of Pinkbox, the Delivery Driver must consistently demonstrate professionalism and reliability, supporting field teams with timely, efficient service while upholding customer satisfaction. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of delivery driving experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate a hand truck or dolly
- Ability to pass the DOT physical examination
- Willingness to work primarily overnight shifts and flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of DOT and food safety standards
- Demonstrated reliability and strong time management
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Physical capability to perform loading/unloading duties
- Clean driving record
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of delivery driving experience preferred (box truck or van)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass the DOT physical
- Must be able to demonstrate sufficient English language proficiency per DOT requirements
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs and operate a hand truck or dolly
- Strong time management skills, reliability, and consistency
- Basic understanding of DOT and food safety requirements is a plus
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Primarily overnight shifts
Job Duties
- Drive company-owned trucks to deliver food products to Pinkbox shops
- Load and unload products safely and efficiently using proper handling techniques
- Complete deliveries according to the daily route schedule
- Maintain accurate logs, delivery documentation, and proof of delivery forms
- Follow all food safety and temperature control protocols during loading, transport, and unloading
- Handle products with care to maintain quality and prevent damage or spoilage
- Help maintain cleanliness and sanitation of delivery vehicles
- Perform daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues immediately
- Keep vehicles clean, fueled, and in good working condition
- Comply with DOT regulations and company safety standards
- Provide courteous, professional service to Pinkbox team members during each delivery
- Represent Pinkbox service standards during every interaction
- Communicate delays, delivery issues, or route changes to the Fleet and Delivery Operations Manager promptly
