As the Dough Maker, you will be responsible for preparing all dough batches required throughout the day to support the Production Team’s schedule. This involves operating dough mixing equipment, accurately measuring ingredients, monitoring dough quality, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The role demands a keen eye for detail, ensuring that dough temperature, texture, and consistency adhere strictly to recipe and production standards.

In collaboration with managerial staff, the Dough Maker will ensure that all production tasks align with Flippers Bakery’s core policies and procedures. This ensures consistency and quality in every batch produced. The position demands a high level of responsibility and the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues independently. As part of a vibrant team, the Dough Maker must work efficiently during the designated early morning hours, ensuring timely preparation of dough to meet production demands. The work schedule is primarily Monday through Friday from 4am to 2pm, with occasional weekend hours as required to meet production needs.
