- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable personal transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Pizza making experience, including hand stretching
- Ability to work the shift from 4am to 2pm Monday through Friday with weekend availability if needed

Job Duties
- Operate dough mixing equipment according to standard operating procedures
- Accurately weigh and combine ingredients per batch requirements
- Monitor dough temperature, texture, and consistency throughout the mixing process
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the mixing area
- Sanitize equipment regularly
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations
- Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues with mixers and report malfunctions
- Work efficiently in a team-oriented, fast-paced production environment
- Assist with ingredient inventory and stock rotation as needed
