Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in hospitality or relevant college degree with related experience
  • Proficiency in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing
  • Strong financial and arithmetic skills
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to stay composed and objective under pressure

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Ensure a welcoming guest experience and coach team members
  • Uphold safety standards and maintain food handler and alcohol awareness certifications
  • Manage payroll, scheduling, and staff productivity reports
  • Oversee food quality, beverage purchasing, and promotional activities
  • Communicate effectively with guests and staff, resolving concerns promptly
  • Analyze operational reports and participate in management meetings
  • Provide versatile support across departments as needed
