As a Food & Beverage Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton Salt Lake City Airport, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating all aspects of the food and beverage operations. Your responsibility will be to ensure each dining experience is outstanding, forging lasting impressions through impeccable service and high-quality offerings. You will act as the heart of hospitality, welcoming guests warmly and leading your team with enthusiasm to maintain smooth shifts and a positive work environment. Managing compliance with food safety, alcohol awareness, and emergency certifications will be paramount, as will overseeing payroll, scheduling, and staff productivity tracking. You will also be tasked with maintaining the quality and presentation of food and beverages, managing inventory, and designing creative promotions that enhance guest satisfaction and boost business. Excellent communication skills and quick problem-solving abilities are essential, as you will address guest concerns promptly, ensuring they leave with a smile. Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in hospitality or relevant college degree with related experience
- Proficiency in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing
- Strong financial and arithmetic skills
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stay composed and objective under pressure
Job Qualifications
