Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in hospitality or relevant college degree with related experience
- Proficiency in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing
- Strong financial and arithmetic skills
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stay composed and objective under pressure

Job Duties
- Ensure a welcoming guest experience and coach team members
- Uphold safety standards and maintain food handler and alcohol awareness certifications
- Manage payroll, scheduling, and staff productivity reports
- Oversee food quality, beverage purchasing, and promotional activities
- Communicate effectively with guests and staff, resolving concerns promptly
- Analyze operational reports and participate in management meetings
- Provide versatile support across departments as needed
