Job Requirements

  • At least five years of progressive hotel experience
  • Supervisory background
  • Ability to stay calm and objective under pressure
  • Certification or ability to obtain Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Windows Operating Systems
  • Commitment to maintaining professional appearance

Job Qualifications

  • At least five years of progressive hotel experience in rooms or food and beverage
  • Four-year degree with 2-3 years of related experience or two-year degree with 3-4 years of related experience
  • Supervisory background required
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient with Windows Operating Systems
  • Passion for hospitality and guest service

Job Duties

  • Supervise multiple departments and drive hotel profitability by managing teams and partnering with the General Manager
  • Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges to ensure efficient hotel functioning
  • Recruit, hire, and train Guest Services staff while supporting team member growth through development programs
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with colleagues and guests
  • Utilize financial data to support hotel operations and decision-making
  • Manage Windows Operating Systems for efficient management and reporting
  • Uphold professional appearance standards and grooming guidelines
  • Deliver exceptional guest and team member service to promote a positive environment
