Job Requirements
- At least five years of progressive hotel experience
- Supervisory background
- Ability to stay calm and objective under pressure
- Certification or ability to obtain Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Windows Operating Systems
- Commitment to maintaining professional appearance
Job Qualifications
- At least five years of progressive hotel experience in rooms or food and beverage
- Four-year degree with 2-3 years of related experience or two-year degree with 3-4 years of related experience
- Supervisory background required
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient with Windows Operating Systems
- Passion for hospitality and guest service
Job Duties
- Supervise multiple departments and drive hotel profitability by managing teams and partnering with the General Manager
- Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges to ensure efficient hotel functioning
- Recruit, hire, and train Guest Services staff while supporting team member growth through development programs
- Maintain clear and effective communication with colleagues and guests
- Utilize financial data to support hotel operations and decision-making
- Manage Windows Operating Systems for efficient management and reporting
- Uphold professional appearance standards and grooming guidelines
- Deliver exceptional guest and team member service to promote a positive environment
