Our meeting facilities feature 63,000 square feet of flexible space with extensive exhibit areas, supporting a wide variety of events and conferences.

The Cook III position at DoubleTree by Hilton is a critical culinary leadership role overseeing food preparation and kitchen operations across several dining outlets within the hotel. As a Cook III, you will serve as a culinary expert and supervisor, ensuring that every dish meets high standards of quality, presentation, and food safety. This position demands strong leadership skills to guide kitchen staff, providing direction and support that fosters efficiency and teamwork. Problem-solving is a key aspect of the role, requiring the ability to anticipate kitchen needs, resolve issues swiftly during high-pressure situations, and ensure seamless service delivery.

Beyond culinary expertise, the role involves managing financial elements related to kitchen operations, such as using financial data and basic math to maintain cost-effective practices. Strict adherence to food safety regulations is also essential; you will ensure that procedures and cleaning routines meet or exceed state requirements to maintain a safe environment.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary and an excellent benefits package after an initial waiting period. Notably, we now offer Daily Pay for eligible employees, providing greater financial flexibility. Additional benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, short-term and long-term disability income coverage, term life and AD&D insurance, paid time off, an employee assistance program, and a 401k retirement plan. If you are passionate about culinary excellence and leadership within a vibrant hospitality environment, this opportunity at DoubleTree by Hilton is an excellent career move.
