Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in hospitality or relevant college degree with related experience
- Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing
- Strong financial and arithmetic skills
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stay composed and objective under pressure

Job Duties
- Ensure guests feel welcomed and deliver exceptional hospitality
- Coach and train team members for efficient shift operations
- Uphold grooming, safety, and certification compliance standards
- Manage payroll, scheduling, and staff productivity reports
- Maintain food quality, create promotions, and oversee inventory and beverage purchasing
- Address guest requests and resolve concerns promptly
- Analyze reports, participate in meetings, and support team needs as required
