The hotel boasts a prime location just blocks from the vibrant downtown area, directly connected to the Albuquerque Convention Center via an underground concourse. Guests enjoy easy access to cultural landmarks such as Old Town and ABQ BioPark, as well as a quick 10-minute drive from the Albuquerque International Sunport. The hotel's environment reflects a commitment to valuing its associates and prioritizing their well-being through various amenities including a comfortable breakroom, secure lockers, complimentary meals during shifts, free parking, and numerous recognition programs that foster a positive workplace culture. These features cultivate an atmosphere where employees feel supported, valued, and motivated to deliver outstanding experiences to guests.

The Food and Beverage Manager role at Doubletree Albuquerque is a dynamic and rewarding leadership position that places you at the very core of the hotel’s guest service environment. This position invites an individual passionate about hospitality, teamwork, and operational excellence to lead a vibrant food and beverage team in delivering memorable dining experiences. As the "Captain of Hospitality," you will cultivate a welcoming atmosphere across all dining venues, ensuring guests feel valued and cared for from lounge areas to banquet events. Your role extends beyond guest interaction to include rigorous adherence to operational standards for cleanliness, safety, and certification compliance, such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid. You will manage behind-the-scenes administration, handling payroll, scheduling, and reporting with precision to maintain smooth day-to-day operations.

Moreover, the Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation, orchestrating creative promotions, overseeing inventory management, and ensuring beverages are purchased and stocked appropriately. Effective communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as you will act as a liaison between staff and guests, swiftly addressing concerns to uphold customer satisfaction. This role demands versatility and a proactive attitude, including analyzing operational reports, participating actively in management meetings, and stepping in to assist wherever necessary. The ideal candidate is experienced, calm under pressure, and exemplary in leadership, ready to inspire their team and elevate the dining experience at Doubletree Albuquerque.
