Your role extends beyond guest interaction to include rigorous adherence to operational standards for cleanliness, safety, and certification compliance, such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid. You will manage behind-the-scenes administration, handling payroll, scheduling, and reporting with precision to maintain smooth day-to-day operations.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in hospitality or relevant college degree with related experience
- Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing
- Strong financial and arithmetic skills
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stay composed and objective under pressure
