With a strong focus on associate well-being and a supportive work environment, Doubletree Albuquerque prides itself on fostering a culture of respect and recognition. The hotel provides a comfortable break room, secure lockers for personal belongings, and complimentary meals during shifts to ensure employees feel valued and energized.

As the Food & Beverage Director at Doubletree Albuquerque, you will take on a vital leadership role overseeing the entire food and beverage operation across all outlets including the restaurant, banquets, bar, catering, and room service. Your responsibilities span managing budgets, maximizing sales, and directing kitchen and service staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences. This dynamic position involves not only administrative oversight but also hands-on involvement, sometimes requiring creative culinary input to maintain excellence on every plate. You'll champion food safety and cleanliness protocols while striving to minimize waste and improve operational efficiencies. Additionally, you will design innovative menus and orchestrate memorable events that leave a lasting impact on guests. Communication and interpersonal skills are critical as you maintain strong professional relationships within your team and across departments. This role demands a versatile leader capable of balancing strategic planning with day-to-day operational demands, all while embodying the brand’s commitment to integrity, professionalism, and guest satisfaction.

The full-time position offers competitive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, disability and life insurance, paid time off, employee assistance programs, and a 401k retirement plan. An exciting perk of this role is the option for daily pay after an initial waiting period, providing financial flexibility. The hotel also fosters a sense of community through monthly Thankful Thursday events, quarterly rallies, and team-building celebrations that reinforce a positive workplace culture. Overall, this career opportunity is suited for an experienced hospitality professional passionate about food and beverage leadership, eager to contribute to a respected hotel brand in a vibrant city setting.
