As a Barista at Doubletree Albuquerque, you will be an essential part of the food and beverage team, where your passion for crafting excellent coffee and engaging warmly with guests will drive memorable experiences that keep customers coming back. This role demands artistry and precision in coffee preparation, ensuring every beverage meets the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for efficient service during busy periods while maintaining work area organization and adhering to operational procedures. Handling cash transactions accurately and maintaining financial integrity will directly support the hotel's revenue goals. In addition, your role extends to pre- and post-shift duties, preparing the service station, and setting up for seamless shift transitions. Representing the hotel professionally and enthusiastically, you will embody brand values and contribute to an inviting atmosphere.
