Our luxury hotel is a distinguished establishment that blends Southern hospitality with world-class service amid historic surroundings. Situated as the centerpiece of the city, the hotel enjoys a prime location near the French Quarter, placing it within walking distance of the city’s most vibrant attractions and entertainment, including Jackson Square, Bourbon Street, and the Arts & Warehouse District. This historic hotel encompasses 504 rooms and features over 60,000 square feet of meeting space alongside five food and beverage outlets. These outlets include two restaurants, a café, a seasonal rooftop bar, and the convenience of in-room dining options. The rich heritage of Southern hospitality is reflected not only in the hotel’s ambiance but in its commitment to delivering impeccable service and memorable guest experiences.

We are currently seeking an individual with an upbeat and outgoing personality to join our Guest Services team. This role represents a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to grow their career in the hospitality industry and specifically within guest services. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, embodying the spirit of Southern hospitality while providing exceptional support to guests. This job offers comprehensive benefits, including medical and vision insurance, dental and voluntary insurance, a flexible spending account, a 401(k) retirement plan with employer match, employee assistance programs, free meals, discounted parking, property discounts, paid time off, travel discounts, and tuition reimbursement programs. These benefits emphasize our commitment to supporting our team members’ well-being and career growth.

As a member of our guest services team, you will engage directly with guests, providing a warm welcome, managing lobby traffic, handling and tracking guest belongings with care, arranging transportation, and promptly addressing guest inquiries and issues with a friendly demeanor. Your role is vital in ensuring every guest feels valued and receives impeccable service throughout their stay. Hilton’s core values of hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and operating with urgency underpin every aspect of this role. We seek candidates who demonstrate quality, productivity, dependability, customer focus, and adaptability, aligning with our brand’s commitment to excellence.

Working at Hilton means being part of an award-winning workplace culture that has received repeated recognition on the World’s Best Workplaces list by Great Place to Work and Fortune. We foster an environment where team members can grow, succeed, and feel valued.
