The current opportunity at OTO Development is for the position of Doorman/Bellhop within the Property department. This hourly role reports directly to the General Manager and plays a vital part in creating a welcoming and secure environment for residents and guests alike. The primary responsibilities include greeting and directing guests and residents promptly and professionally, managing the doors by opening them, assisting guests with luggage, and fulfilling various guest service needs efficiently. Furthermore, the Doorman/Bellhop handles any problems or errands that may arise during their shift and is responsible for receiving mail and packages from courier services, ensuring they are safely stored until collected by the intended recipients.

Aside from these duties, the role demands maintaining alertness to screen for security purposes, thereby contributing to the safety of the property. The position also includes administrative responsibilities such as coordinating materials for events and verifying building or guest information as required by supervisors. This job is physically demanding and requires the ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, lift, and squat over extended periods. Candidates must be comfortable with lifting 50 pounds or more as part of their routine tasks. Additionally, occasional travel may be necessary, making flexibility a key asset for anyone considering this position.
