At OTO Development, the culture embodies a commitment to excellence, innovation, and a respectful work environment where employees are valued and empowered to grow.

Currently, OTO Development is seeking a dedicated Doorman/Bellhop to join their property team. This is an hourly position reporting directly to the General Manager. The role primarily involves being the first point of contact at the property, ensuring that residents and guests receive a warm welcome and assistance from the moment they arrive. The Doorman/Bellhop will be responsible for greeting guests, opening doors, carrying luggage, and assisting with any guest needs promptly and courteously. Beyond these traditional duties, the position also involves coordinating mail and packages by receiving them from courier services and ensuring they are safely stored until collection by the intended recipient.

The role demands vigilance and alertness to screen for security concerns throughout the shift, thereby contributing significantly to the safety and security of the property. Additional administrative support tasks may be required, such as coordinating materials for events and confirming building or guest information at the request of supervisors. This position is physically demanding, requiring the ability to stand, walk, bend, lift weights over 50 pounds, and perform other physical activities for extended periods. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, a customer service orientation, and a professional demeanor.

Working with OTO Development offers not just a career but an opportunity to be part of a renowned organization that fosters growth and values employee well-being. Competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package are provided, including medical, dental, and vision insurance options, 401(k) plans with company matching, life insurance, tuition assistance, paid time off, paid holidays, and travel discounts. This role offers occasional travel opportunities and the chance to be part of a respected team known for operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
