The position available is for a Rivani Doorman, a prestigious front-of-house role inspired by the formal protocols of New York City five-star hotels. This is not an entry-level job but a skilled craft position where your presence and professionalism are critical in shaping the perception of the building and the brand. As the first and last human touch point for every tenant, you will embody the face of Rivani, greeting tenants and guests with genuine warmth and precision.
In this role, you will be expected to manage arrivals and departures with anticipation and poise, maintain the physical condition of the entrance zone, and handle vehicle and curbside management in partnership with valet services. The role involves managing packages, access control, and visitor verification discreetly and efficiently, maintaining the confidentiality and privacy that a luxury environment demands. You will be the live communication hub for front-of-house operations, coordinating with concierge, valet, security, and management teams to ensure a seamless experience.
This role demands impeccable presentation and conduct. The uniform is a symbol of the professionalism and high standards we maintain; it must always be worn complete and pressed, reflecting pride in your craft. Grooming, posture, language, and discretion are non-negotiable and are foundational to how you represent the establishment. Physical stamina is essential as the position requires standing for the duration of the shift in Miami’s outdoor environment and assisting tenants with luggage and vehicles while maintaining a composed demeanor.

Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and remain alert and active throughout an entire shift in Miami outdoor environment including heat, humidity, and inclement weather
- ability to lift, carry, and maneuver items up to 50 lbs
- physical ability to assist tenants in and out of vehicles gracefully and with care
- comfortable with sustained outdoor presence in high-visibility, high-contact tenant-facing role
- minimum 1 year of doorman experience
- availability for day shifts
- ability to wear the full issued uniform properly
- adherence to grooming and conduct standards
- strong commitment to discretion and confidentiality
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a formal door, bell, front services, or guest services role at a luxury hotel, five-star property, Class A residential building, or equivalent high-touch environment
- demonstrated ability to maintain composure, precision, and genuine warmth simultaneously in a high-volume, high-expectation environment
- impeccable personal presentation including grooming and deportment consistent with five-star standards
- strong interpersonal intelligence with the ability to read mood and preferences and adapt interactions accordingly
- clear, professional verbal communication skills
- bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
- reliable, punctual, and committed to shift schedule
Job Duties
- Greet every arriving and departing tenant and guest by name when known with genuine warmth and composed attention
- manage the arrival and departure of vehicles with organized precision and coordinate with valet
- assist tenants with packages and personal items, ensuring timely delivery and accurate logging
- verify and announce visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel according to access protocols while maintaining tenant privacy
- learn and retain tenant names, preferences, and patterns to personalize service
- arrange and coordinate ground transportation for tenants with accuracy and urgency
- maintain the immaculate condition and presentation of the entrance zone throughout every shift
- communicate arrivals, departures, VIP notifications, and safety or service concerns to front-of-house teams in real time
- remain alert to safety conditions and respond calmly to emergencies following protocol
