Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Excellent communication skills

Job Duties

Warmly greet all guests and visitors upon arrival and departure
Open doors and assist guests with luggage, packages, or strollers
Provide directions and information about hotel amenities and local attractions
Coordinate with valet staff to ensure efficient vehicle handling
Maintain a clean and organized entrance area
Assist guests with hailing taxis or arranging transportation
Monitor guest flow and ensure a safe and secure entrance
Support bell staff and concierge with guest service needs
Report any suspicious activity or safety concerns to hotel security
