- Must be over 21 years of age per LCB regulations
- Ability to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and be flexible
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong collaborator when working with a team and self-starter when working alone
- Customer service and communication skills
- Basic PC knowledge including computer, laptop, iPad, and smartphone
- Physical ability for frequent standing, walking, and sitting
- Occasional lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Availability for night and weekend shifts

Job Duties
- Welcomes customer into the shop
- Verify various forms of ID
- Work well under pressure and remain calm and professional
- Communicate clearly in reading, writing, and verbal forms
- Work in various environments including adverse outdoor conditions
- Pay attention to detail
- Deal professionally with all levels of personnel and public
- Set an excellent example for customer service and follow company policies
- Stay updated on WA State and LCB regulations
- Maintain a clean and orderly station
- Assist with store cleanliness
- Follow company standards to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Recognize and report security risks and thefts
- Assist with product distribution and displays
- Maintain a professional and friendly appearance throughout the shift
- Comply with all WA State recreational cannabis regulations
- Establish good working relationships with team members
- Foster positive communications with employees and vendors
- Keep updated on industry trends
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
