Job Duties
- Respond to resident support needs with the highest level of timeliness, hospitality and professionalism
- Respond to all resident requests in an accurate and timely manner making recommendations based on local knowledge and residence best practices
- Ensure timely and quality-driven completion of service requests
- Greet and assist guests who arrive by private car, taxi, or limo
- Assist guests exiting from cars and issue appropriate valet parking tickets
- Provide verbal greetings to guests arriving on foot
- Unload items from cars, tag them, and issue claim tickets when appropriate
- Assist in delivering items to the unit
- Assure smooth traffic flow on the driveway by directing cars and valuet parkers
- Ensure the driveway is one-way only and prevent unauthorized vehicles from entering
- Provide directions, recommendations, and information about the city and its attractions
- Hail taxis when needed
- Resolve owner complaints and assist with inquiries regarding services, hours of operation, key personnel, and in-house events
