The position of Door Attendant Guest Service at The Broadmoor plays a crucial role in delivering a seamless and memorable experience for every guest. Door Attendants are the initial point of contact for guests arriving by various forms of transportation, offering a warm and professional welcome with a positive attitude. In addition to greeting and assisting guests, the Door Attendant Guest Service leads the door staff and oversees the smooth operation of the entryway. Collaboration with valet parkers, bell staff, shuttle drivers, and other hotel personnel is essential to managing traffic flow, vehicle safety, and guest information confidentiality. The position requires strong organizational skills to manage breaks, plan for events and high-volume periods, and maintain a clean and orderly work environment. This job offers a competitive pay range from $19.00 to $26.00 per hour, which combines a base wage with gratuity, ensuring that employees earn a total compensation well above the Colorado minimum wage.
