This job offers a competitive pay range from $19.00 to $26.00 per hour, which combines a base wage with gratuity, ensuring that employees earn a total compensation well above the Colorado minimum wage.

The Broadmoor values enthusiasm, friendliness, and energy in its team members, encouraging a collaborative spirit and clear communication among colleagues. Candidates with a high school diploma or GED and prior experience in customer service roles are ideal, though the organization welcomes applicants willing to learn and grow within its world-class team. Additional requirements include a valid driver's license, the physical capability to occasionally lift or push up to 100 pounds with assistance, and a commitment to upholding the confidentiality of guest information.

Working at The Broadmoor extends beyond a job; it offers comprehensive benefits, career development opportunities, and the chance to be part of a family that strives to uphold unparalleled standards of guest service. Employees benefit from health and dental coverage, 401(k) plans, and local discounts, alongside training programs designed to support personal and professional advancement.
