This role at The Ritz-Carlton involves providing guests with a warm and professional welcome, escorting them to their rooms, and offering comprehensive information about property amenities, services, and local attractions. The position includes assisting guests and visitors with luggage transport, storage, and retrieval, as well as facilitating their arrivals and departures by helping with vehicle access and arranging transportation services like taxi, limousine, or shuttle bus. Attention to detail and excellent communication skills are crucial, as the role requires informing guests about room features, parking procedures, and answering questions clearly and courteously.
