Job Requirements

- ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- ability to lift and move objects under 50 pounds without assistance
- ability to assist in moving objects over 75 pounds
- ability to navigate stairs, ramps, and uneven surfaces
- ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- must maintain a neat and professional appearance

- maintain guest privacy and protect company property

Job Duties
- Greet and escort guests to their rooms
- open doors and assist guests and visitors entering and exiting the property
- inform guests about hotel amenities, services, operating hours, and local points of interest
- identify and explain room features such as key usage, minibar, ice locations, vending machines, in-room safes, and personalized laundry services
- carry guests' luggage to and from rooms or designated bell areas
- assist with luggage storage and retrieval
- help guests and visitors enter and exit vehicles including loading and unloading luggage
- provide guests with directions to their destinations
- arrange transportation such as taxis and shuttle services for guests and visitors, noting advance requests as necessary
- communicate parking procedures to guests and visitors
