Job Duties
- Greet and escort guests to their rooms
- open doors and assist guests and visitors entering and exiting the property
- inform guests about hotel amenities, services, operating hours, and local points of interest
- identify and explain room features such as key usage, minibar, ice locations, vending machines, in-room safes, and personalized laundry services
- carry guests' luggage to and from rooms or designated bell areas
- assist with luggage storage and retrieval
- help guests and visitors enter and exit vehicles including loading and unloading luggage
- provide guests with directions to their destinations
- arrange transportation such as taxis and shuttle services for guests and visitors, noting advance requests as necessary
- communicate parking procedures to guests and visitors
