Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
- ability to move objects over 75 pounds with help
- ability to navigate sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces
- ability to reach overhead and below knees, including bending and stooping
- ability to communicate clearly in English
- willingness to follow company policies and procedures
- ability to recognize and report unsafe conditions
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- physical stamina for the demands of the role
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet and escort guests to rooms
- open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving property
- inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities
- identify and explain room features to guests
- transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area
- assist with luggage storage and retrieval
- assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including loading/unloading luggage
- supply guests with directions
- arrange transportation such as taxicab, shuttle bus, limousine/sedan service for guests/visitors
- communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors
