Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
  • ability to move objects over 75 pounds with help
  • ability to navigate sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces
  • ability to reach overhead and below knees, including bending and stooping
  • ability to communicate clearly in English
  • willingness to follow company policies and procedures
  • ability to recognize and report unsafe conditions
  • ability to maintain confidentiality
  • physical stamina for the demands of the role

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent

Job Duties

  • Greet and escort guests to rooms
  • open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving property
  • inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities
  • identify and explain room features to guests
  • transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area
  • assist with luggage storage and retrieval
  • assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including loading/unloading luggage
  • supply guests with directions
  • arrange transportation such as taxicab, shuttle bus, limousine/sedan service for guests/visitors
  • communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors
