Job Duties

  • Greet and escort guests to their rooms
  • open doors and assist guests and visitors entering and exiting the property
  • inform guests about amenities, services, operating hours, and local attractions
  • identify and explain room features such as key usage, minibar, ice machines, safes, and laundry services
  • transport and handle guest luggage to and from rooms or designated areas
  • assist guests with vehicle entry and exit including loading and unloading luggage
  • arrange and manage guest transportation requests and communicate parking procedures
  • adhere to all company safety policies and report maintenance or safety issues
  • maintain a professional appearance and protect company property
  • support team members to achieve common goals
  • respond promptly and appropriately to work situations
  • communicate clearly using professional language and phone etiquette
  • remain vigilant for any suspicious activity and perform other reasonable tasks as assigned by supervisors
