Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a client-facing customer service role preferably in a high-end or luxury service environment
  • must be professional, reliable, and have excellent customer service skills
  • ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment
  • dependable, punctual and able to work flexible working hours
  • should be computer savvy with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and internet
  • must maintain professional appearance and comply with prescribed uniform policy
  • ability to be at work on a regular and consistent basis
  • ability to work weekends and non-traditional holidays
  • must be able to remain in a standing position 90 percent of the time
  • must have reliable transportation
  • must pass comprehensive background check

Job Duties

  • Acting as a liaison between the parking attendant, residents, guests and concierge staff
  • meeting and greeting all guests and directing them to the concierge to sign-in
  • opening door to anyone with packages, strollers, shopping carts etc in their hands
  • keeping track of carts when not in package area, returning carts to the appropriate area, and inspecting carts for cleanliness
  • assisting with laying out carpets during bad weather and using umbrellas during rain or snow to assist visitors from their vehicles into the lobby area
  • ensuring the lobby area is clean and free of debris
  • inspecting outside area and ensuring that doorway and immediate outside area is free of debris
  • interacting professionally with the parking attendants and assisting residents/guests in and out of their vehicles
  • answering inquiries on neighborhood services when applicable
  • covering the front desk as needed
