Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a client-facing customer service role preferably in a high-end or luxury service environment
- must be professional, reliable, and have excellent customer service skills
- ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment
- dependable, punctual and able to work flexible working hours
- should be computer savvy with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and internet
- must maintain professional appearance and comply with prescribed uniform policy
- ability to be at work on a regular and consistent basis
- ability to work weekends and non-traditional holidays
- must be able to remain in a standing position 90 percent of the time
- must have reliable transportation
- must pass comprehensive background check

Job Duties
- Acting as a liaison between the parking attendant, residents, guests and concierge staff
- meeting and greeting all guests and directing them to the concierge to sign-in
- opening door to anyone with packages, strollers, shopping carts etc in their hands
- keeping track of carts when not in package area, returning carts to the appropriate area, and inspecting carts for cleanliness
- assisting with laying out carpets during bad weather and using umbrellas during rain or snow to assist visitors from their vehicles into the lobby area
- ensuring the lobby area is clean and free of debris
- inspecting outside area and ensuring that doorway and immediate outside area is free of debris
- interacting professionally with the parking attendants and assisting residents/guests in and out of their vehicles
- answering inquiries on neighborhood services when applicable
- covering the front desk as needed
