The role of Door and Valet Attendant at Ellore Senior Living is integral to maintaining the community’s distinguished reputation for luxury and impeccable service. This full-time position, paying between $22 and $25 per hour, involves being the first and last point of contact for residents and their guests, embodying warmth, discretion, and sophistication. As a Door and Valet Attendant, you are responsible for creating an effortless and elegant arrival and departure experience, ensuring every interaction is polished and reflects the high standards expected in a luxury senior living environment. Your role will require attention to detail and a proactive approach to service, anticipating residents' and guests' needs to deliver seamless assistance from vehicle handoffs to mail delivery. This position supports other guest services, contributes to maintaining a pristine and welcoming atmosphere, and fosters cooperation with team members and other departments to enhance the community experience. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • Prior hospitality, luxury residential, or hotel experience required
  • Strong background in customer service and guest relations
  • Exceptional communication skills with a polished and professional demeanor
  • Impeccable grooming and professional dress, adhering to Community uniform standards
  • Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests
  • May require team members to vaccinate, participate in daily screening, surveillance testing, and to wear face coverings and other personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent the spread of COVID-19 or other communicable diseases, per regulatory guidelines

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Extend a warm, polished welcome to all residents and guests upon arrival, providing immediate recognition and assistance at their vehicle
  • Coordinate smooth vehicle handoffs with valet drivers, ensuring a flawless parking and retrieval experience
  • Deliver resident mail and packages promptly and with care, respecting both timeliness and discretion
  • Support bell services and other guest needs with a spirit of attentiveness, anticipating opportunities to elevate the experience
  • Maintain the valet stand, porte-cochère, and entry areas in pristine, welcoming condition at all times, setting the standard for a luxurious first impression
  • Respond to resident concerns in a professional and caring manner
  • elevate issues to a supervisor when appropriate
  • Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with team members and other departments
