Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently and occasionally up to 100lbs
- exposure to hot and cold environments
- ability to grasp, bend, twist, pivot, squat and kneel as required
- physical stamina and dexterity
- basic literacy skills
Job Qualifications

- ability to follow sanitation and safety standards
- experience operating baking equipment preferred
- customer service experience preferred
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- assist with the bakery operation within the retail store environment to include preparation, baking, merchandising and final presentation of all bakery products
- consistently work to provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service at all times
- responsible for smiling, making eye contact and thanking customer upon fulfilling customer request
- maintain a neat, clean and organized work station, according to 5S standards, at all times
- responsible for assisting and/or creating customer special orders
- responsible for operating bakery department equipment including but not limited to ovens, mixers, and utensils
- adhere to all corporate and state sanitation regulations in keeping a neat and clean work area
