- ability to stand and walk for 5-8 hours
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally

- familiarity with sanitation and safety standards
Job Duties
- Assist with the bakery operation including preparation, baking, merchandising, and final presentation of bakery products
- provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service
- smile, make eye contact and thank customers upon fulfilling their requests
- maintain a neat, clean and organized work station according to 5S standards
- assist with and/or create customer special orders such as cake orders
- operate bakery department equipment including ovens, mixers and utensils
- adhere to all corporate and state sanitation regulations
- be familiar with state and corporate safety standards
- control shrink through adherence to policies and procedures
- perform other related duties as assigned by management
- adhere to all company policies and procedures
