Job Description

PlasmaSource is an innovative plasma donation center dedicated to transforming the donation experience across the communities it serves. As a prominent player in the healthcare industry, PlasmaSource operates with a mission to provide a welcoming, safe, and supportive environment for all plasma donors. The company has implemented a community-focused approach that emphasizes teamwork, growth, and compassion, fostering a culture where employees and donors alike feel valued and supported. With several new centers opening in Ohio, including locations in Canton and Elyria, PlasmaSource is expanding its reach to meet the increasing demand for lifesaving plasma and specialty products. This expansion reflects the organization's commitment to delivering exceptional donor experiences while advancing plasma donation services in new regions.

The role of a Donor Experience Concierge at PlasmaSource is critical to its mission and brand representation. Joining the team means becoming the face of PlasmaSource in the Ohio communities, where your contributions directly impact donor satisfaction and retention. This full-time position is scheduled for 40 hours per week with flexible 8 or 10-hour shifts, working Monday through Saturday. The position offers a competitive base pay ranging from $18.49 to $23.94 per hour, depending on experience, and includes comprehensive paid training. The work location for training and employment is at 5060 Navarre Road SW, Canton, Ohio.

As a Donor Experience Concierge, you will play a vital role in ensuring every donor feels welcomed and supported from the moment they schedule an appointment through their donation and follow-up visits. Your responsibilities will include confirming appointments, facilitating donors' check-in process, administering necessary paperwork, and ensuring the overall donor experience exceeds expectations. Your proactive engagement will help encourage repeat donations, essential to PlasmaSource's mission of supplying critical plasma resources.

Additionally, this position involves performing various administrative duties, which may include acting as a local marketing leader within the center, contributing to promotional initiatives and community outreach. The role offers a unique opportunity to blend customer service expertise with administrative skills in a healthcare environment that prioritizes donor well-being and community health. Besides a meaningful career impact, PlasmaSource supports its employees with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) plans with company match; tuition assistance; life and disability insurance; paid time off; employee resource groups; and recognition programs.

At PlasmaSource, you will be part of a dynamic, purpose-driven team that values your input and development. Whether you are looking to build new skills, advance in the healthcare industry, or contribute to a cause that saves lives, this role offers ample opportunity for professional growth and personal fulfillment in a supportive setting. By joining PlasmaSource, you become instrumental in shaping a new chapter of plasma donation accessibility and donor care in Ohio, bringing hope and health to many individuals in need.
