The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp is a nonprofit organization focused on providing life-changing experiences for children with serious illnesses and their families. Founded by the late Paul Newman, the camp offers a fun, safe, and medically supervised environment where children can enjoy camp activities, build friendships, and gain confidence while receiving the care they need. Job Requirements
- experience in event management or coordination
- proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- strong organizational and communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
- ability to travel occasionally within the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license

Job Duties
- coordinate event logistics including venue setup and vendor management
- track donor responses and maintain accurate records
- manage relationships with event sponsors and partners
- assist in developing fundraising strategies and community outreach plans
- organize volunteer support for events
- prepare event reports and presentations
- support occasional travel for events throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions
