Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree in healthcare, hospitality, marketing, public relations or related field plus minimum three years relevant customer service and promotional marketing experience
  • OR Bachelor's degree plus minimum one year relevant customer service experience
  • CRM tool usage preferred
  • Experience addressing client concerns promptly and effectively using conflict resolution techniques
  • Willingness and ability to complete local travel up to 10 percent of the time using personal vehicle
  • Valid Texas driver's license and adherence to Vehicle Safety Program
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Warmly welcoming donors upon arrival and guiding them through the check-in process
  • Provide personalized attention to donors throughout the Donor Experience Cycle
  • Create a comfortable and positive atmosphere to ease donor anxiety
  • Coordinate promotional items and refreshment services
  • Serve as subject matter expert in donor experience initiatives during daily team huddles
  • Document and maintain detailed donor intelligence
  • Organize special recognition for milestone donors
  • Coordinate with volunteers to ensure consistent service standards
  • Answer incoming donor phone calls and route to appropriate departments
  • Assist donors in scheduling future appointments
  • Address donor concerns promptly and professionally
  • Engage donors through meaningful conversation to create connection
  • Anticipate and resolve donor complaints using de-escalation techniques
  • Foster strong relationships to encourage donor retention
  • Travel to donor locations as required to support engagement goals
