Job Requirements
- associate degree or medical vocational certificate required
- 2 years of equivalent experience may be substituted for education
- bachelors degree preferred
- minimum 2 years experience in healthcare, call center, social services or death care industries
- ability to work 10:00 pm to 10:00 am shift
- ability to work remotely
- strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- answer all incoming phone calls from donor service area
- input all required medical history information for prospective donors into communication center for donation referral intake database
- facilitate communication between transplant centers and medical directors
- relay necessary information and messages to and from transportation service, funeral homes, medical examiners, hospitals, donation organizations and donor families
- perform tissue donor screening, qualification and coordination of cases
- handle regulatory paperwork accurately
- document all appropriate events
