The General Manager position at Domino's is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations during their shifts. Job Requirements

  • at least 18 years of age
  • valid driver’s license meeting company standards
  • access to insured vehicle for delivery
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
  • physical ability to stand, walk, lift, carry, push, pull, and climb
  • willingness to work under stress and meet strict quality control standards
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in food service or retail management preferred
  • valid driver’s license with safe driving record
  • ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • strong organizational and leadership skills
  • ability to use computers and point of sale systems
  • ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately

Job Duties

  • Operate all equipment
  • stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
  • prepare product
  • receive and process telephone orders
  • take inventory and complete associated paperwork
  • clean equipment and facility daily
  • deliver product by car and then to door of customer
  • deliver flyers and door hangers
  • maintain cash control and customer relations
  • set the example by following all policy and procedures 100% of the time
  • lead and motivate the store team
  • ensure cost controls and inventory control are maintained
