Job Requirements
- at least 18 years of age
- valid driver’s license meeting company standards
- access to insured vehicle for delivery
- strong communication skills
- ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- physical ability to stand, walk, lift, carry, push, pull, and climb
- willingness to work under stress and meet strict quality control standards
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in food service or retail management preferred
- valid driver’s license with safe driving record
- ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- strong organizational and leadership skills
- ability to use computers and point of sale systems
- ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately
Job Duties
- Operate all equipment
- stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
- prepare product
- receive and process telephone orders
- take inventory and complete associated paperwork
- clean equipment and facility daily
- deliver product by car and then to door of customer
- deliver flyers and door hangers
- maintain cash control and customer relations
- set the example by following all policy and procedures 100% of the time
- lead and motivate the store team
- ensure cost controls and inventory control are maintained
